The Wisconsin All-Stars College-Pro Scout Baseball Club is proud to announce our 2010 staff:

Wisconsin All-Stars Hitting Coach is LARRY HISLE

Larry will be assisting our 2010 Wisconsin All-Stars by volunteering to be a part-time hitting coach. Larry played MLB for the Minnesota Twins and the Milwaukee Brewers. Signed by the Brewers in November 1977 as a free agent, Hisle added a potent bat to a powder keg line up in 1978 that included sluggers Gorman Thomas, Ben Oglivie, Sixto Lescano, and Don Money in addition to future Hall of Famers Robin Yount and Paul Molitor. At no point in his professional career did Hisle's baseball talents shine than during the 1978 season, a year Larry calls his "most rewarding". He slammed 34 home runs, led the team with 96 runs scored, drove in then-franchise record mark of 115 runs, logged a .290 batting average and was twice honored as American League Player of the week. His stellar performance on the field helped Milwaukee finish with a mark of 93-69, the first winning season in franchise history, led to his second consecutive American League All-Star selection and garnered him a team honor of being named Most Valuble Brewer for 1978. Today, Larry works for the Brewers youth outreach program. One day, he'll leacture a local little league squad on the values of hard work on the field. The next, he'll talk with an entire student body at a Milwaukee-area school about the importance of setting and obtaining goals. He also mentors parentless children in need of stability in their lives.

Summer/Fall Team Wisconsin All-Stars Manager is MIKE BUELOW.

Coach Buelow is a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association and a certified WIAA High School Umpire. Coach Buelow has been coaching youth and high school baseball since 1985. He is the Founder and President of Metro Milwaukee Sports Association Inc, Midwest Elite Baseball (www.midwestelitebaseball.com) and the Wisconsin All-Stars College Pro Scout Baseball Club. Coach Buelow is one of the BEST youth baseball hitting and pitching instructors in S.E. Wisconsin. He has been conducting camps, clinics and individual lessons for 13 years.

Summer/Fall Team Wisconsin All-Stars Assistant Head Coach is TERRY COOL

Coach Terry is currently the Varsity Baseball Coach at Highland High school in Highland Wisconsin. Terry became the head coach at Highland High School in 2006. During his time as head coach the Cardinals have compiled a 40-20 record, have won Six-Rivers West conference twice (2006 and 2008), and have won three straight Regional Championships. Terry is a 1988 graduate of Fremd High school in Palatine, IL. During his high school career Terry played infield and pitcher. Terry was a member of the 1989 Illinois State Champion American legion Team, the Palatine Blue Jays. Terry attended college at the University of Wisconsin Plateville, the Pioneers were 66-57 including a school record 20-8 during his senior season. Terry graduated in 1995 with a degree in secondary education. Terry served as an assistant coach at Hickman High School in Columbia, MO in 1995 and also at Mineral Point High school in 1999 and 2000.
